And what used to work no longer does… Revive Your Roots™ helps women in midlife understand why their bodies have changed.
We look at your story, your symptoms and, when it makes sense, functional testing as one picture, so you know where to put your effort.
See How It Works• Weight is settling around your middle, and it’s harder to shift than it used to be.
• Your energy fades before the day is done, and sleep isn’t what it used to be.
• Meals leave you bloated or uncomfortable, and you’re not sure why.
• Your mood feels less steady than it used to.
• You’ve been told your labs look “normal,” and you left feeling dismissed.
• You’re overwhelmed by conflicting advice and unsure what actually applies to you.
• You’ve tried supplements, programs, or “the next thing”… and still feel stuck.
• You wonder if this is “just aging,” or if something more is going on.
• You understand how your symptoms connect, instead of treating each one on its own.
• You know what matters most for your body right now, and what you can stop worrying about.
• You have a clear plan instead of guesswork.
• You feel confident supporting your body through changing hormones.
• You’re working toward what matters to you: steadier energy, better sleep, meals you can enjoy, and feeling comfortable in your clothes.
• You feel grounded, informed, and connected to your body again.
You can only spend so much time wondering why your body feels different… trying one more thing, and hoping this is the one that helps.
Your body is not random.
The changes you’re noticing usually have patterns behind them. When we look at your history, your symptoms, and your daily rhythms together, what felt confusing starts to make sense.
You can only spend so much time wondering why your body feels different… and why what used to work no longer does.
Your body is not random.
Sometimes what feels confusing begins to make more sense when you finally step back and look at the bigger picture.
A root-cause wellness program for women in midlife who want to understand what’s changed in their bodies, and what to actually do about it.
Instead of looking at one symptom at a time, we look at how the pieces connect… from metabolism and hormones to digestion, stress, sleep, and resilience.
We start with the foundations your body relies on. When it makes sense, we look deeper with functional testing, then use what we learn to guide your next steps.
You won’t be handed a generic protocol or a pile of supplements.
You’ll have a plan built around your body, your history, and this season of your life.
-1-
You won’t be left trying to piece together advice on your own.
Everything starts with you: your health story, your symptoms, your daily rhythms, and what you’ve already tried. That’s how we find where to begin, so your next steps fit your body, not a generic plan.
-2-
Before adding more supplements or testing, we focus on the foundations that are easy to overlook.
A self-paced curriculum, with practical tools and trackers, walks you through sleep, nourishment, blood sugar, movement, muscle, stress, and recovery… and how to build metabolic and energy resilience as you move through menopause.
-3-
When it makes sense, we look deeper.
Functional testing can include blood chemistry, hormones, and the gut microbiome. In a private session, we walk through your results together, exploring the patterns through a functional lens and how they connect to your story.
-4-
Understanding your body is important. Having support while you apply it matters too.
You’ll have community messaging and question support while you put what you’re learning into practice. In the Insight and Guided programs, we also meet one-on-one to review your results and talk through what comes next.
“Dolly helped me finally understand why my body felt so different in midlife. Instead of feeling dismissed or confused, I started feeling hopeful again.”
Misty S., Revive Your Roots™ client
I’ve spent more than 30 years in healthcare, including years as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Over time, my path shifted toward root-cause and functional approaches. Partly through caring for others… and partly through my own health challenges, which often felt unanswered or misunderstood.
Like many women, changing hormones eventually exposed patterns I could no longer ignore.
What I discovered first in myself, and then in those around me, is this:
Symptoms rarely happen in isolation.
Today, my work is grounded in functional training in hormones, the gut microbiome, and functional blood chemistry. My healthcare background shapes how carefully I listen to your history.
Together, we step back, stop guessing, and understand what your body is asking for now… then build a path that makes sense for you.
While I’m a licensed nurse practitioner, I’m not acting in that role in Revive Your Roots™. This program is educational and coaching-based.

Revive Your Roots meets you where you are. Some women start by rebuilding their foundations. Others need testing to see what’s happening underneath. Many want guidance connecting it all.
The best place to begin is a conversation. On a free Connection Call, we’ll talk about what’s going on for you and how the program could fit your needs.
“Dolly has been such an insightful resource to me in my journey of learning about my body’s midlife changes. I appreciate her encouraging words and reassurance in this walk to better health. I have had a few a-ha moments along the way and I look forward to many more!”

Choosing support for your health is a big decision.
Here are a few questions women often ask before getting started.
Many women join during perimenopause or menopause, but you don’t need a label to be a good fit.
If your body has changed and you want to understand why, this program was designed for you.
You don’t need new labs before you start.
Testing isn’t the right first step for every woman. When we meet, we’ll look at your story and patterns together and decide whether testing makes sense for you, and which tests.
Anything you do is reviewed with you privately, so you understand what it shows and how it connects to your story.
No. You won’t be required to buy supplements from me.
If you’d like options, I’ll share two trusted dispensaries, and you’re always free to buy elsewhere.
No.
Revive Your Roots™ is educational, wellness-focused support. It helps you understand patterns, foundations, and whole-body health through a root-cause lens.
It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and it doesn’t replace your medical care.
Yes. Many women work with me alongside their medical care, including hormone therapy.
Revive Your Roots™ focuses on education, foundations, and understanding your patterns, so it complements the care you already have.
You may be exactly who this program was designed for.
Many women come to me after trying supplements, programs, and plenty of advice.
Often, the missing piece isn’t more effort… it’s understanding how the pieces connect, so your effort goes where it matters.
It may be a good fit if:
• Your body has changed, and you want to understand why.
• You’re tired of guessing and piecing together advice.
• You’re ready to work on your foundations, not just look for a quick fix.
• You want guidance built around you, not a generic plan.
The Connection Call is there to help us both decide. There’s no obligation.
That’s one of the most common reasons women reach out.
You don’t need to have anything figured out first.
We start where you are, sort through what matters most, and choose next steps that feel realistic for this season of your life.
It depends on where you start and how much support you want.
Some women build their foundations at their own pace over a few months. Others want guided support over 6 or 12 months.
We’ll talk through what fits you when we meet.
Your investment depends on where you start and how much support you want. We’ll talk it through together, so you know exactly what’s involved before you decide.
